BOOKING INFORMATION + TERMS & CONDITIONS
All reservations are Standard entries for 1 x person only. During checkout, you will be asked to list the number of people in your party, please note a maximum of 6 only can be purchased per group, and to ensure safe distancing guidelines please register ALL guests in your group whom you wish to attend with as you will be pre-allocated a table or lounge prior to your arrival.

To apply to be on the guest list for The Summer of Saturdays you must first register your interest. Failure to follow the registration questions and instructions correctly will lead to rejection of application.
REGISTRATION DOES NOT GUARANTEE YOU ENTRY.
We will notify you if you are successful in registering and will give you 24 hours to purchase tables when they go on sale. If tables are not booked your table will be allocated to our waiting list.

VEHICLE RESTRICTIONS – DROP OFF AND PICK UP
To keep the events safe and fun for everyone, we advise that guests are dropped off as we will not be providing car parking on-site due to limited space.

Event times are as follows;

Please check carefully when booking. Gates open 15mins before the start and arrival times will be staggered in the 15 minutes before and 15 minutes after the start time (gates will be closed and guest arriving late will be required to enter via our delivery and collection entrance).
The lead buyer will receive an email with further details of their booking. Entry prices vary by session and are available as daytime and evening prices plus booking fees
NHS STAFF DISCOUNT
Limited drinks (fun) tokens will be given to NHS Staff as a thank you from The Orangery for each session. An NHS Staff pass is required to be shown to management on the day in order to qualify for a FREE fun token – these are limited to one per session or two per all-day session per NHS worker on presentation of valid ID group booking.
FUN tokens are given at the discretion of management and can not be used in conjunction with any other offer or transferred to other guests.
Summer Of Saturdays is strictly over 21 years old and we will have a challenge 21 policy on the door. Please ensure you bring ID if you look younger than 21 years old as you will be refused entry and will not be refunded.
REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY No Refunds.
Once purchased, The Summer Of Saturdays are non-refundable except, subject to these terms and conditions, on cancellation by the Provider. Purchases cannot be exchanged or returned except in the case of manifest error by us or our agents. It is your responsibility to check that the information contained in the acknowledgement of order is accurate. Entry to The SOS may not be, resold, reissued or transferred to any other person. They specifically may not be used as rewards or competition prizes. Unauthorised resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of an entry is grounds for seizure or cancellation of it without refund or other compensation. Entry remains the property of the Provider and are a personal revocable license which may be withdrawn and admission refused at any time upon refunding the printed purchase price.
Cancellation. In the unlikely event of our having to cancel a Summer Of Saturdays entirely due to licensing or other legal restrictions or for safety reasons then the Provider will provide notification of the cancellation to the contact information provided by the lead purchaser. On cancellation, the Provider will offer holders the opportunity either; (i) to exchange for subsequent of the same SOS or another SOS; or (ii) to a refund equal to the face value of the entry price. This option must be exercised within 2 weeks of notification by the Provider of the cancellation. Booking fees or other charges levied by the agent are not refundable. This is the Provider’s sole liability to holders in the event of cancellation.
Disruption. No table exchanges or refunds will be given if the Summer Of Saturdays or the opening or start is disrupted or delayed for reasons such as security or safety alerts, traffic incidents, adverse weather conditions and strike action. The Summer Of Saturdays will commence or continue as soon as the Provider is reasonably able to do so. Where the Booking Information states that the Summer Of Saturdays will be held outdoors customers and their guests are expected to be prepared for inclement weather.
THE SUMMER OF SATURDAYS
HEALTH & SAFETY BRIEFING
You must not leave your allocated area/seating unless it is for an essential trip (for instance, to the bathroom).
These are unprecedented times and we want you to be safe at all times. Maintain a safe distance to other guests and our team at all times, and if you do not need to leave your area/seating, stay within your area/seating for the duration of The Summer of Saturdays. We reserve the right to remove you if you are in breach of the House Rules which are outlined in the safety briefings you receive before and during your visit at the Summer of Saturdays.
FOOD & DRINKS
Hot and cold food, as well as soft and alcoholic beverages will be available to buy at The Summer Of Saturdays. Menus and availability may vary by session. To maintain safe distancing measures, orders will be taken by a host or via an online system and delivered to your area once you have settled in. Further details on the order mechanism will be provided on arrival.
The Summer of Saturdays will be held outdoors and you may experience temperature changes inside your area and during your time. Please dress in weather-appropriate clothing and feel free to bring a blanket or cushions, limited blankets and fire tables will be provided. If it looks to be a chillier evening, don’t forget your jumper.
To guarantee the best possible sound quality, and to be sensitive to our neighbours our sound system will be kept to a reasonable level and to ensure that all guests and our community can have a great time.
Bathrooms are available at the House and operate with safe distancing measures. Please only leave your area if you need to use the bathroom, avoid leaving your area in groups, and queue at an appropriate safe distance.
Our team will be wearing their biggest smiles and will remain at a safe distance to keep them safe at work. We encourage you to follow the government’s guidelines regarding PPE for public spaces to help us maintain high safety standards at the The Summer Of Saturdays.
PLANNING YOUR JOURNEY
To plan your journey ahead of time, On arrival, signs and members of staff will direct you to the entrance of The Summer Of Saturdays.

ARRIVAL TIME & LATEST ACCESS TIME
It is important that you are not late. Gates will open between 15 before and 15 minutes after the start of The Summer Of Saturdays to ensure that you have time to settle-in before it starts. If you arrive later than the latest arrival time (15 minutes before for your screening start time, e.g. 17:45 for a 18:00 start), you may miss the mandatory safety briefing and will not be permitted to enter.
End times vary subject to the start time. Please check the start and finish times in the checkout before confirming your booking. We allow 30 mins maximum to settle you bill and vacate your table.
DOS AND DON’TS
FOOD + DRINK
Do not bring food + drink of any kind (including water, snacks or water bottles), these will be available to purchase on the day. Food + drink items will be confiscated or discarded, and you may be asked to leave without re-entering.
Do not bring weapons of any kind (including replicas), controlled substances, or animals to The Summer of Saturdays. Contraband items will be confiscated or discarded, and you may be asked to leave without re-entering.
Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is not permitted inside our tipis or coverings or in the seated areas. If you choose to smoke, please ensure that this will not affect other guests and use the designated smoking area at a safe distance to other guests.
All payments for food and drinks must be made cashless and contactless by our host or online via the order app. Our team will not accept cash payments.
Please be aware that The Summer Of Saturdays is held on a field so wheelchairs and scooters access is restricted – an accessible toilet is available.

Drinks tokens/tabs will be allocated for the day – additional drinks can be purchased
Music and entertainment as part of the day

Coverage for all guests in the event of adverse weather
